Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Pupil Dog Care LLC (“Pupil”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Bookings and care

A booking request sent through this site is not a confirmed place. Your dog’s first visit is confirmed once your dog has completed a meet-and-greet, we have received up-to-date vaccination records and you have signed our care agreement. The care agreement sets out the conditions for daycare, boarding, grooming and classes, including health requirements, behaviour, emergency care and fees. Ask for a copy at any time.

Prices and packs

Prices on the site are in US dollars and include the services described. We may change prices with 30 days’ notice; packs already bought keep their price. Packs do not expire and are not refundable once used in part, except where the law says otherwise.

Cancellations

Daycare can be cancelled free of charge before 7am on the day. Boarding needs 48 hours’ notice; inside that window we charge one night. Classes can be moved to the next course once.

The pup cam

Pup cam access is for members and their household only. Do not record, share or publish the streams, which show other people’s dogs and our staff.

Using the site

You may use the site for your own personal purposes. You may not copy it in bulk, scrape it, interfere with its operation or security, or use it to send unlawful or harmful content.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, images, logos, characters and code belong to Pupil or its licensors. Nothing here gives you a licence to use them beyond viewing the site.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Our liability for the care of your dog is set out in the care agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Our privacy policy and cookie policy explain how we handle personal data and cookies.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, and its courts have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
