FAQ

Good questions,honest answers.

Still wondering about something? Call us. We love talking dogs.

  • Rabies, DHPP (distemper and parvo) and bordetella, given at least 48 hours before the first visit. Ask your vet to email the records to us, or bring them to the meet-and-greet.

  • Puppies can start puppy school at 10 weeks and daycare at 16 weeks, once their vaccines are done. Dogs over seven months need to be spayed or neutered for group play.

  • A relaxed 30 minutes. We meet your dog, introduce them to one or two calm regulars, see how they feel in the rooms and answer your questions. It is free.

  • Just your dog on a flat collar or harness. For boarding, bring their food in daily portions and any medication with written instructions. We have beds, bowls and toys.

  • Yes. Dogs under 25 lb play in the small-dog room, and we split groups further by energy and play style.

  • Yes. Every room has a camera, and the pup cam streams to your phone or laptop from 7am to 7pm.

  • Our caregivers are certified in pet first aid and CPR. For anything more than a scrape we call you straight away and take your dog to our partner vet, five minutes from here.

  • Cancel daycare any time before 7am on the day. Boarding needs 48 hours' notice; inside that window we charge one night.
