Privacy policy

Last updated

This policy explains how Pupil Dog Care LLC (“Pupil”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit this website, book a visit, bring your dog to us or use the pup cam. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

Who we are

Pupil Dog Care LLC, 128 Meadow Lane, Riverton, OR 97000, United States. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@example.com.

What we collect

  • Booking requests: your name, email, phone number and what you tell us about your dog (name, breed, size, the services you are interested in and any notes).
  • Your dog’s records: vaccination records, vet details, feeding and medication instructions, behaviour notes and an emergency contact. We keep these so we can look after your dog safely.
  • Photos and pup cam: our rooms are filmed so members can watch their dogs. Cameras point at the play areas; people may appear in the background. Report-card photos are shared only with the dog’s owner unless you agree to more.
  • Payments: handled by our payment provider; we see only what we need to match a payment to your account.
  • Website usage: if you accept analytics cookies, pages visited, approximate location (country or city), device and browser type, collected through Google Analytics. See our cookie policy.

Security

We protect personal data with access controls, encryption in transit and staff training. Pup cam streams are available only to signed-in members. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
